Food Storage Order Form

Hello Everyone!

We have the order form here for our Food Storage Order.  You will need to click on the link below and print off the order sheet.

We are asking that you submit $5 cash with your order to help offset gas to pick the order up at the cannery in Las Vegas.   The orders will need to be in by November 24.  Checks should be made out to Las Vegas Home Storage Center (include your phone # and "Acoma Ward" on the check).

Nevada has no sales tax on food so just ignore the sales tax box.
