Back to School Clothing/Shoe Drive AND Preparedness/Food Storage Information Fair (Community Event)

Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from the Crossman Peak & Acoma Ward congregations will be hosting a 'Back to School' Clothing & Shoe Drive on 
Saturday, July 26th - from 9am-12pm.
 We will also be collecting used cellular phones to help assist frontline health workers in remote areas of the world.

This event will also be coupled with an 'Emergency Preparedness and Food Storage Information Fair'. We will have displays and information available pertaining to Water Purification & Storage, Maintaining Long Term Food Supplies, Ideas on Powerless Cooking, Training on How to Operate a Ham Radio, Lessons on Budgeting and Finance, and How to Create a Family Plan.

All clothing and shoes will be donated locally after the event to Calvary's Closet.

Used cell phones will go to Hope Phones.  hopephones.org   

This event is open to the entire Lake Havasu City Community and inviting friends and neighbors is encouraged.
Light refreshments will be available throughout the event.
