If you are looking for a biscuit that is light, light, light and over the top...... melt in your mouth delicious.... yet easy to do............look no further than these little gems.............you can get them in the oven in about 3minutes and just a tip..........you better hide them because they won't be around come dinnertime! As you can see.........we didn't even make the photo before they started to disappear!
Tip: Cut in the sour cream and THEN add the 7 up---if you just dump it all in they won't be as light. You will want to cut in sour cream to about bean size. I used a 9 x 12 casserole dish. Cut in squares with a pastry cutter......be sure to put extra Bisquick on the board before you pat the dough out............Enjoy!..........deb
