PS Made Mozzarella Cheese with LDS Powdered Milk today......not bad.....I was surprised. Going to make the real thing tomorrow with real milk to compare and check out some other cheese recipes with Powdered Milk. I will report back............tough job....but hey.............someone has to do it...........fun! Mozzarella is very easy to make....stay tuned. Next is cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese (that will be a tough sell because I'm hooked on Parmigano Regiano)............ a bit like riding in a Rolls Royce and then climbing in a VW.......but we shall see.
